I'm talking about:

WF931 Great Falls Edmenton 06/11/09 0240 06/11/09 0410 90 Scheduled
WF932 Edmenton Anchorage 06/11/09 0510 06/11/09 0850 220 Scheduled

I believe this to be Edmonton, Alberta, Canada NOT Edm'E'nton; Please fix this typo.

Also any news on Jeppesen Charts??

All our Jeps charts are donated by Jeppessen, apparently the cost of them if we had to buy them all would be in the thousands of dollars range. As such only the sims to which have had them donated are using those particular authorized charts.

Which is why if someone has some free chart links to share it would benifit the people joining in from home since we arn't authorized to share them etc, copyright responsibility in respect to Jep's donations etc.otherwise we just have to stick to the ones people usually use from online here. Chartfinder, FIR websites, etc.

Anyway, ATC will be online 24/7 for the event either from Local controllers or WorldFlight headquaters in Sydney. (who have whole ATC consoles and a tower cab this year)
and I'm sure they can either handle assigning you the right SID/STAR or give radar vectors if required.

Charts for austria are avaible on www.vacc-austria.org (for english version see upper right corner), Pilots -> Charts -> LOWW (Vienna)

If nothing unexpected happens, I'll be online as LOWW_TWR for arrival and departure and I'll be happy to welcome the Worldflight Sims as well as the accompaning planes :)

Just for more consideration, Last year's first leg went to Apia, Samoa, which has enough room on the apron for 1 heavy and 2 737 type aircraft and about another 2 light turboprops.

We of course had about 40 aircraft, about 15 heavys amongst them all vying for space on said apron.

Crash detection on in that situation is just asking to be put back on the ground in Sydney.

our 3rd destination this time is also a small tiny island. and many of the russian airfields don't exactly have heaps of room either.

Turn Crash Detection off ;)

Try our site :P

http://www.worldflightoz737.org/flight_schedules.php

30 to 15 mins before each flight we will be loading a full plan for a 737-800 with ZFW, Fuel, Times, etc.

Should be fairly obvious which one is airborne/next/passed.
