Hey, I have the same charts as you (Jepensen 05 Charts) but mine don't come from the British Airways OPS CTR  / just from the database 8)
I sent them to Ilan jonas this morning (VATAME1) so he could put 'em on http://www.vatame.net and waiting for an answer :D anyways; I opened OLBA Departure yesterday - It was amazing, why don't you come and control there with me? (you'll need approaval from VATAME staff) I am currently working on A website where I all charts will be there - and prefered routes and much more (Don't worry I got everything needed - every prefered routes, all charts....) I spoke with Ilan and vACC-LEB is currently only a project, nothing on the net...contact me if you'd like to help 8)

Thanks so much.

New SOP posted on VATLEB's un-official forum, (Just to help you get started)
New OLBA chart 10-2 (as i recall) taxi ways - un-official update was made to include Hangars, cargo Terminals, helicopter and military parking Spots as well as to VIP and general Aviaton aircrafts's parking, and a new parking Ramp constructed recently and currently in use at OLBA (im talking about the real Airport). Unfortunately there are no scenery files for FS which include this, but I'm currently working on it (during my freetime), and its gona take some time.
