  1. Hi all, Looking for some advice. Im running FS2004 on a Pentium D 3.0 with 3GB's of RAM and a Geforce 8800GTX card. I'm really starting to get fustrated as at some airports such as Just Flight's Orlando, i'm getting only 7-10 FPS. At LHR with Heathrow Pro, my FPS are about 10-13. Surely there is something wrong here as im using such a high end graphics card????????????????????????? Im using a Matrox triple head2go unit running three 19 inch monitors at a resolution of 3840x1024x32. Could this be where the problem lies ???? Any pointers or guidance would be much appreciated a
  2. From my experience with FSX, it needs a powerful graphics card but seems to need an even more powerful CPU. I purchased an Nvidia 8800GTX as soon as it came on the market. Cost me just under £400 but was determined to get FSX going good. Didn't quite happen. Put the 8800GTX in my Pentium D 3.0 with 3GB RAM and had the shock of my life. FSX still ran awfully. I played around for a good few weeks then did what most did and simply gave up.   3. Hi all, I've got an issue with blurred runway lighting. I've looked everywhere but can't find any answers. I'm running FS2004 on a Nvidia 8800 GTX if that helps ????? Basically all the runway lighting for all airports looks about 300% bigger and blures really badly. I've tried changing FS display setting but no luck, updated the graphics card driver but no luck again. Can anyone offer any suggestions except don't fly at night!! Manyt thanks !!! Chris
