  1. Binary numbers. So: 1 - P1-PPL (0001) 3 - P2-IR (0011) 7 - P3-CMEL (0111) 15 - P4-ATPM (1111)
  2. He has not. Go to this page: https://my.vatsim.net/exams Take the exam - wait up to 24 hours before trying to connect.
  3. No way to do that. Only aircraft that are connected to VATSIM are visible to other users!
  4. And also a heads-up that once you manage to get xPilot to talk to your sim you still need to pass the Intro Exam before you can connect to the network. You can find it here: https://my.vatsim.net/exams
  5. VATTASTIC is using the VATSIM Single Sign-on API so you would use the same credentials that you use for these forums and in your pilot client. However I just tried and there seems to be a problem with the sign-in page. Using the little link at the bottom of the sign-in page seems to work though (http://www.vattastic.com/vatsimSSO/)
  6. You connect to VATSIM using the pilot client. All VATSIM servers are connected - generally you would want to connect to the one that is geographically closest to you.
  7. No. Voice is built into clients.
  8. From the code of conduct https://www.vatsim.net/documents/code-of-conduct:
  9. I had a quick look and the system doesn't show your exam as completed. Check the exam assignment page again: https://my.vatsim.net/exams if there is nothing assigned to you there then open a ticket: https://support.vatsim.net
  10. As Nick pointed out, you need to complete the P0 written exam before you can connect. Go here and take the exam assigned to you: https://my.vatsim.net/pilots/train
  11. Did you wait 24 hours for the exam info to propagate to all the servers before trying to log in? If you did, can you please post a screenshot of the error?
  12. Section B6 in the Code of Conduct covers emergencies on the network: https://www.vatsim.net/documents/code-of-conduct
  13. And did you wait 24 hours as per the notice that you get after passing the exam?! If you did and you still cannot connect then post the error here.
  14. You still haven't taken the intro exam so can't connect to the network. Go here to take it: https://my.vatsim.net/exams If you have other issues with your account then open a ticket: https://support.vatsim.net
  15. VATSTAR is indeed alive and doing well - currently close to 2,500 members in our Discord community. www.vatstar.com
  16. That would be equivalent to the P2 I believe. Use this page to submit your credentials and request the conversion: https://my.vatsim.net/pilots/train/upload
  17. Anyone who joined VATSIM before August 2020 was automatically given the P0 rating and therefore there is no exam assigned to you!
  18. This is often a case of upper and lower-case letters in the password. The VATSIM servers are case-insensitive while the voice server requires proper upper/lower case. Check your password and maybe do a copy & paste - just make sure sure not to include any whitespace when you do so.
  19. I see two VATSIM accounts with your name in the system. I would recommend opening a ticket with the Membership department: https://support.vatsim.net/
  20. It may take up to 24 hours for the servers to become "aware" that you have passed the P0 exam. You can try a different server or just wait until they sync up.
  21. It looks like you haven't taken the introduction (P0) exam yet. Go to https://my.vatsim.net/exams and take any exams assigned to you. Once you pass, it may take up to 24 hours for the servers to sync up after which you should be able to connect. Good luck!
  22. Did you wait 24 hours after changing your password? Which server are you trying to connect to? Maybe try a different one? Sometimes the password contains characters that are hard to recognize (lower-case "L" vs upper-case "i" for example). Try a copy and paste but make sure to exclude the whitespace...
  23. If you are having issues with vPilot in FS2020 I would recommend posting in the vPilot section of the forum with a detailed description why you cannot use it - in English please!
