  1. Replying to be subscribed to this topic. Same issue as well - we need this to start updating some of our sites for GDPR. Any ETA on this?
  2. The VATAME HQ System (which VATSEA division also uses) calendar has been updated to include events of all kinds (vACC events, group flights, and ATC bookings). If you are flying in any of the VATAME or VATSEA division areas - check out the calendar to see what's happening! Calendar: https://hq.vatme.net/events The entries are submitted by members (from all over VATSIM) through the HQ system at https://hq.vatme.net

  4. The VATAME HQ system has a public group flights system that has just been released. It's basic for now but has the core functions - create a group flight then have VATSIM members join your flight! Any VATSIM member (not suspended) can log in and use this feature. You can create/join group flights now at https://hq.vatme.net/group/flights A general guide can be found (under Group Flights section) at https://hqbook.vatame.org/members/pilots.html Let me know your thoughts and critiques
  5. The VATAME website has been updated. Although it has the same "content" and information as the previous site, it is in a more modern and elegant design after listening to many members' requests over the past few regional meetings. You can visit the new VATAME site at https://vatame.org/
  6. Thank you Pavel! Looks like it is working now. Completely missed this in the wiki when I looked through it earlier.
  7. We have a Sweatbox scenario for our OMAA (Abu Dhabi Intl) airport. The runways and airport altitude have been configured in the scenario editor (0.0 ft apt alt). We placed some aircraft holding short of the runway and they have been configured to be "On the ground" per the scenario editor dialog. However, for some reason we cannot move the aircraft as they are showing "is crashed" at the top left status box. What did we do wrong or how can we disable this "crashed" feature altogether?
  8. And for Africa/Middle East/Southeast Asia check https://hq.vatme.net/events
  9. The HQ system has been updated to v3.3.1! Mainly the events module has been updated to include ATC bookings requests. This allows ATC controllers in the participating vACCs (residents and visitors) to "request" positions for the event. The vACC staff must then confirm the requests and finalize the roster. Once an ATC booking requests has been confirmed, it will automatically be posted on the vRoute booking system as well. Other changes are minor enhancements and bug fixes throughout other modules. Full changelog is available at http://hq.vatme.net/what/did/you/change
  10. The HQ system has been updated to v3.3! This update includes a new centralized "Support System" module. This allows any VATSIM member on the network to log into the HQ system and submit a support ticket to a staff team in the HQ. The staff can view/comment on a ticket and help resolve issues together. Other changes are in the Tasks module. Now multiple members can be [Mod - Happy Thoughts]igned to a single task. There will be a "task leader" as well who will be responsible for closing the ticket at the end. The vACC director/deputy have the ability to re-open any task in their vACCs if
  11. The screenshots aren't loading. Might want to re-up them.
  12. The HQ system has been updated to version 3.2! Changes include the "CharSceCtor" module for charts/sceneries/sector files as well as other enhancements and fixes. The full changelog can be found at: http://hq.vatme.net/what/did/you/change
