I just checked the frame rate. I am not sure if the frame rate drops while the AI aircrafts stutter. Maybe the frame rate drops very slightly, maybe the frame rate does not drop at all. My frame rate is relatively stable at 29.95 frames per second (with and without swift / AI aircrafts).
