  1. Check this out: https://github.com/renorris/Sweatbox
  2. A solution would be to use the actual display output of your whole screen, which includes VRC. I've streamed with that before.
  3. I found answers to my question and many others with a google search: "FSD unofficial docomeentation"
  4. The Toliss 319 probably doesn’t support TCAS. But I don’t know much about that plane, I’m probably wrong
  5. Your best bet might be to run a windows virtual machine with VirtualBox, (with the Guest Additions for VirtualBox installed... allows VB to process more graphics) and run VRC on there. You could always run the virtual machine then connect to it with a remote desktop client, if the default "virtual monitor" isn't working for you. I've successfully ran VRC in a similar circomestance that I described above (the radar scope worked).
  6. Hello, I am writing a server that talks in the FSD protocol so I can use clients such as VRC to manipulate fake aircraft on my own server. I have made good progress so far. But I cannot seem to find where the "Transponder Mode" value is sent. Is it found in the standard FSD position update? If anyone who is knowledgeable about VATSIM's FSD could help me out I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks, Reese Norris 1401247 ZLA ARTCC (If this isn't in the right forum category feel free to move it)

  9. I fly at a towered airport IRL often, and the audio quality is much, MUCH better than vatsim. Vatsim should provide high-quality voice, then leave it to the clients to add effects such as VHF simulation.
  10. Yes, this needs to stop. Ruins the fun for everyone. But we are in luck, “Stream Sniping” is going to make its way into the TOS pretty soon, if I remember correctly.
