I tried loads of keys on my keyboard and I don’t have a yoke or joystick but no key worked On my keyboard

I tried that many times and still doesn’t work i wondering is it something to do with my Mac keyboard

My PTT is not working on my Mac running Catalina, I tried changing the hot key but still doesn’t work I would like to know how to fix this problem
