VATSIM Pakistan vACC is now seeking candidates for the following position: Pakistan vACC Events and Marketing Department Director – ACCPAK4 Responsible for: vACC Events, Marketing and Public Relations. Responsibilities: The following duties are a summarized description of the position which may be limited to the following. Organizes promotes and collaborates events on behalf of the vACC. Maintains all approved social media, internal and external platforms. Acts as a spokesperson on an international scale for events and marketing purposes. Collaborates with other vACCs, Divisions and Regions on events through their airspace. The ideal candidate: Demonstrates a great knowledge and understanding of local policies and VATSIM Policies such as the Code of Conduct/Regulations/Privacy/Safeguarding Minors/GDPR. Has good communication skills and has the ability to speak and write in English. Has good social media organization and planning skills. Has basic knowledge of graphic designing for the purpose of creating banners and marketing content. Is in good standing with VATSIM. Minimum rating of Student 2 (S2) or higher. Must be a member of VATSIM West Asia Division & Pakistan vACC or is willing to transfer if selected. Able to spend a minimum of 5 hours or greater on a weekly basis towards the vACC its membership. Able to commit to the position for a minimum of 1 year. Reports directly to: Pakistan vACC Director – ACCPAK1 Division Events & Marketing Department Staff – VATWA7 & VATWA8 Candidates shall include: Candidates shall include the following information and present a CV based document upon applying. Assist in membership reports for the vACC Quarterly Report. The ideal candidate: Demonstrate a great knowledge & understanding of local policies and VATSIM policies such as CoC/CoR/Privacy/GDPR and Safeguarding Minors. Has good communication skills and has the ability to speak and write in English. Is approachable and able to assist membership general inquiries in the vACC. Is in good standing with VATSIM. VATSIM Pakistan vACC is now seeking candidates for the following position: Pakistan vACC Director ATS (Air Traffic Services) Department / ATC Training – ACCPAK2 Responsible for: vACC ATC Training and Services. Responsibilities: Responsible for all day-to-day operation of ATC-Training within Pakistan vACC. Develops and updates all operational material, training guidelines and policies for ATC Training with vACC that ensures compliance with the outline requirements stated within the VATSIM Global Rating Policy. Appoints Mentors with the consent of ACCPAK1 as required and sends a letter of recommendation for Instructors to the vACC Director and Division Staff for approval. Reply to training related support tickets on the VATWA HQ on a regular basis. Help Local staff member where required. Familiarizes visiting controllers with local published procedures and endorses visiting controller approvals. The ideal candidate: Must be in good standing with the VATSIM network. Must hold a minimum of a C1 rating. Candidate interested in pursuing an I1 rating are considered as a bonus. Is expected to be able to commit at least 5-7 hours per week to this role. Demonstrate a great knowledge & understanding of local policies and VATSIM policies such as CoC/CoR/Privacy/GDPR and Safeguarding Minors. Must be a member of VATSIM West Asia Division & Pakistan vACC or is willing to transfer if selected. Clean VATSIM record in last 1 year. Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
