Error: No such callsign UKC147E

For the past few days we've had this error in MKJK (Kingston, Jamaica) airspace.

 

The above error is accompanied by a momentary display of the radar target for the above aircraft in the vincinity of Montego Bay, followed by the error.

After a few errors, the VRF encouters a problem and shuts down.

 

This affects all controllers working Kingston Centre and Sangster Approach, and they receive the erros simultenously.

However controllers working Manley Approach are immunte to it.

 

Can you please advise how to prevent it from recurring.

I have no idea what might be causing that. Is it only that one exact callsign?

the only time ive seen this error is when i have an aircraft selected thats no longer on the network and i try one of the vrc commands that was supposed to go to someone else. or when i put someone on the request list and they disconnect

Sometimes this happens to me too, not when I have the aircraft in question etc.

 

Just a random callsign.

 

"No such callsign: blabla"

Doesn't bother me, but its strange...
