On every transmission I receive, there is a 1 - 2 second long extremely loud static sound that is unbearable. After this, the audio sounds perfect. It doesn't matter whether or not I set my audio device as my speakers, or my USB headset. Wave and Directsound seem to make no difference either. The sound is so loud I can't use my USB headset, I have to leave it on my speakers. Even with it on my speakers, it still is extremely loud, then I can barely hear anyone else. I'm stumped.
