It lets you know what all you need, including about a flight plan. VATSIM itself doesn't store flight plans, but you can file flight plans to fly on VATSIM. some flight plan resources are: http://www.simroutes.com, http://vroute.net, even http://www.flightaware.com. Once you have a flight plan, from the main page of VATSIM.NET, look at the botton to file a flight plan, there is a link there. Blue skies!! If you already have an account, without which you probably couldn't have taken the earlier exam, you can login and retake the exam. I think there is a waiting period of around 7 days since your last attempt to retake the exam.
