Windows 7 and VRC working well?

I'm considering upgrading my BootCamp partition to Windows 7. However since one of the main reasons for its existence is VRC, I thought I'd check in and see if VRC and Windows 7 are playing nice together.

Thanks for any input.

No problems here. Some people say they have to run it in XP SP3 compatibility mode, but not me.

Maybe, I think running it as admin is the key. I had some potential sound problems that seemed to work better with XP SP3-mode, but that might be a problem with my sound card drivers rather than VRC. Great piece of software though!

How about monitoring your own speech through headset in Windows 7?

I hear a horrible delay, I really cannot tolerate this - is there any way to monitor my own sound realtime?

In windows XP this used to work perfectly well.

Miika,

Terve!

I just enabled the playback volume and set it to a comfortable level in the sound mixer, works really fine and you'll hear what you're speking through the mic.
