You can just type in the callsign (or partial callsign) and press the ASEL key (defaults to the + sign on the numeric keypad) and the aircraft will be radio-selected. You can then use .QB (F9) to [Mod - Happy Thoughts]ign a squawk, or .SS (F6) to show the flight plan window.
