Wether you attended in person or online from your home, your presence was equilly important and appreciated. Karel Zaayman, the owner of The Aviation Shop, was very impressed with the turn-out and the number of feet in his shop. He has extended an open invitation for VATSAF to do it again at any time, as well as an invitation to set up ATC and Pilot workstations at various airshows that The Aviation Shop intends to participate in. A special thanks to George Condes who made this all possible. Well done Captain! From our side, the exercise was a huge success and we met many new people, some who were extremely excited about the whole concept of 'online flying'. We should be seeing some new names on the member list very soon. Keep a look out for the next event of this kind that will be held in Stellenbosch on Saturday 19 January 2011! Thank you all!
