Does Russia and other pre-Sovjet states use metric system and QFE ?

I did fly UKLL 4 dec 17:30z, did write "metric and QFE" in FP.

But ATC only used ft and QNH.

Just want to know where metric should be used, if anyware.

See answer by Yuri Trunov and Metric Leveling System at web site VATRUS.

Attention please:

If unable to copy metric numbers advise ATC and use correspondent FL numbers in hundreds of feet. Simple conversions of metric numbers not allowed.

Welcome.

If you use one of the addon Airbus panels from AVSIM.com your can easily switch between feet/QNH and meters/QFE
