be a symbol of both professionalism and friendship. We wish him

the best of luck, and invite you all to fly in this beautiful

country. Visit them at http://www.vatsaf.net .

Kuwait, Yemen and Saudi Arabia. In the future we are considering

to officially add Jordan and Syria. There is an update to

Lebanon, Tunisia, Jordan, Central Africa and some other places

within our region. We hope to introduce more divisions and vACCs

in the near future!

I realize this is an old topic, but I just wanted to say how awesome of a website VATAME has! It's really easy to navigate through Nice work!

"Just fly it on down to within a inch of the runway and let it drop in from there."

To further our endeavours to bring the Virtual world in line with the real world, I announce the UNICOM frequency for South African aviators and Controllers as amended from 122.8Mhz to 124.8Mhz with immediate effect. As a Pilots you are requested to note this change in your remarks field for others to learn (or as a controller in your ATIS) for at least the next 4 weeks.

Fellow pilots (especially foreign) must be requested to broadcast their intentions on 124.8 when OUT OF Controlled airpace. Pilots flying in UNCONTROLLED airspace are requested to do AIREPs every 10 mins on voice and/or text.Any pilots flying in the VATSAF Airpace on the old frequency, will be notified of this change and requested to broadcast on 124.8.Your cooperation is gratefully appreciated.

Kind regards

I would suggest emailing him, Alex - I'm not sure how often he might check the forums; but most people are meticulous about checking their email

Can this change be NOTAMed through the main VATSIM system in order to make all pilots aware of the fact please Wayne ?
