With regards to connecting to USA-E, my understanding is a number of servers have moved so just try another one for the time being. Here soon the situation should be settled. Opened up QuteScoop... At the bottom, it says No Whazzup -URLs found. Try again later.... Unsure what to do, if anything I can do, to fix this on my end.
