I'm merging a few sectorfiles so that when I guest controll I don't have to keep switching, n just cause I'd lke to learn how to make them. This is what keeps happening when I add airport ground layout in [sTAR]

Untitled.png

The "GROUND (CZYZ)" works fine, but the "GROUND (CZUL)" doesn't, to get the CZUL up you have to check the coordinates. This is some of the code I have below below: (there are 26 spaces but it looks weird cause txt at begining of some)

[sTAR]

GROUND (CZYZ) N040.00.00.000 W080.00.00.000 N040.00.00.000 W080.00.00.000 Fuchsia

Hi Aaron,

This happens if the item that you are defining and the colour have the same name. For example:

[GEO]

;CYMM_01_19

Runway N045.40.14.159 W074.01.19.239 N045.40.12.765 W074.01.17.226 Runway

N045.40.12.765 W074.01.17.226 N045.41.36.570 W073.59.17.822 Runway

N045.41.36.570 W073.59.17.822 N045.41.37.961 W073.59.19.811 Runway

N045.41.37.961 W073.59.19.811 N045.40.14.159 W074.01.19.239 Runway

I don't see this in your code, but you should just examine it carefully.

Another reason is that the colour is not defined in the beginning of the file.

Ammm....I'm not 100% if ES follows the rules regarding .sct format (I know it is more flexible), but the format of SID/STAR is 26 characters for the name (if the name is less then 26, the rest of the name must be with spaces to make the length 26) then the coordinates, then an optional colour. You are missing the names....and I'm not sure why do you add a GEO info in SID/STAR section....

The "Invalid line name in sector ..." does not reference to your SCT file. It comes from an ESE loading. When you are defining the border of SAULTHIGH sector you are referencing to CZYZ_CZEG sectorline. But the definition of that line is missing. Be sure to define the borderline prior the sector.
