Some of the 2011 highlights have seen: • VATSIM celebrate its 10th anniversary • The Pilot Rating Scheme P1 and P2 rating successfully launched • Accredited Training Organisations open • Minneapolis Centre achieve the first recorded 100% online presence in the IronMic contest Throughout the year, we celebrated the lives and mourned for the loss of members of our small community, we wish their family and friends’ peace and good will. In 2012 we will aim to: • See the introduction of the remaining Pilot Ratings • Introduce new ATC clients • Introduce potential new pilot clients • Set new records of achievement within our hobby From all the members of the Board of Governors and from all the Founders and the Executive Committee, we would like to extend the greetings of the season to you, however you celebrate this time of year, and we wish you good health and happiness for the New Year and invite you to once again enjoy the virtual skies and scopes of VATSIM.
