The transponder block line for the SSA is showing a yellow MI. What does this mean?

Yellow MI is a beacon code of 7777, Military Intercept.

For the sake of clarity, that's not the transponder block line, that's the SPC indicator line. It shows which SPCs (Special Purpose Codes) are being squawked by any target in range.
