Looking for VA

So, yes; I am looking for a VA but I am looking for specific qualities and features in this VA.

Everyone who is familiar with the amazing software from Just Flight called "Air Hauler", I am looking for that, exactly that. But instead of AI pilots, I would like a VA of live pilots who fly on Vatsim. And I will not be put off if the VA is a p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]enger carrier, that is okay. I have been searching for several days now for a VA that fits this, and I have been up and down in my mood on it; just as I think I have found what I was looking for, something was wrong. I looked at some VAs on both FSAirlines and VAFS, but usually the VAs were too inactive for my taste.

I am looking for an active airline with knowledgeable pilots that I can learn from. Also, I would enjoy an economic aspect to my flights, where my poor judgements could cost my VA virtual money and reputation. I know this is asking a lot, but I think it would be really cool to be part of a VA where my flying actually matters and helps build the VA.

As I am aware that there are many VAs that do NOT fit this model I have laid out, I am open to VA suggestions for VAs that are, I'm not sure how to put it, interactive.. I don't want to fly for a VA just to fly, want my time spent in the air to mean something to the VA other than just hour numbers to put on the board. If I want to do some flying under an Airline's color just to fly, I can do that on Vatsim without being part of a VA.

I hope that made sense to everyone and if anyone has any questions or is cloudy on what I meant by anything, please feel free to ask. Thanks a lot for reading this, and like I said, even if your VA isn't exactly what I'm asking for, and you really like your VA and think I will too, please mention it to me.

Aaron,

There are many VA's out there which do as you ask. I would thoroughly reccomend Delta Virtual airlines as they are an extremely friendly community and they do all that you wish. It is obviously based in the US but you can expand your routes in different countries. MOST of their pilots fly on Vatsim.

Qantas Virtual is also an outstanding airline where there are a lot of friendly faces and where some pilots fly on Vatsim. This Va is based in Australia, however you can go on routes in the US flying Alaskan Air.

I fly for both VA's and love them. Their pilots are always active and they offer great service. Check them out!

Lots to choose from.

Your best bet is to do some researach by visiting the VATSIM VA partners page, pick a few that you find interesting and try them out. Evenutally, you will narrow it down to one.
