Terrence Scanlan Posted February 8, 2006 at 07:45 AM Posted February 8, 2006 at 07:45 AM The Commonwealth Games commence in Melbourne Australia on March 15th 2006 and to celebrate the games VATPAC has arranged a BATON RELAY held on each consecutive night in the OCEANIA Region. The BATON has travelled from the Cook Islands to Norfolk Island and then on to Christchurch in New Zealand. On Thursday February 8th the BATON will be flown from Christchurch to Sydney and this promises to be a very busy night with full ATC from New Zealand to Australia.
