Iran vACC is looking for applications of those who are interested in taking the positions of ATC and Pilot training Management

 

ATC Training Manager:

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

1- Manage Trainings for ATC students

 

2- To have P[Mod - Happy Thoughts]ion to develope ATC quality and motivating students to progress to achive ATC rates

 

3- Monitoring the performance of ATC staffs and evaluating the quality of control in random positions

 

4- To prepare skilled ATC team for Events and weekly flights

 

 

Skills:

 

1- Holding at least a C1 ATC rating (CTR Controller)

 

2- Be a member in good standing of VATSIM

 

3- Be Familiar with Iran Airspace and Procedures

 

4- Having experience in ATC training is advantageous

 

5- Be Familiar with Euroscope Radar Client, Building Scenario Files for training, and operating a sweatbox simulator training tool

 

6- Having experience in dealings with vACC and/or Division staff duties is advantageous

 

 

Pilot Training Manager:

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

 

1- To hold training for Newbie students and/or other pilots if necessary

 

2- Preparing a strategic plan to develope training program for each pilot

 

3- To old multiple training sessions each month

 

Skills:

 

1- Be a member in good standing of VATSIM

 

2- Having a good knowledge of the VATSIM CoC and CoR

 

3- Must have at least 500 hours of online flight on VATSIM

 

4- Having a good knowledge of VATSIM pilot clients and flying online

 

5- Must have the patience to deal with students of all types

 

6- To be able to complete training of at least 1 new pilots per month

 

7- To have at least P1 rating is advantageous

 

8- To have the sense of team working and being patient in dealing with team tasks
