vPilot and weather?

Hello and thank you for this nice SW. I have one question:

 

does vPilot download vatsim weather? Can it be enabled or disabled somewhere?

No, there is no weather support in vPilot. You will need to use the built-in weather in FSX or a weather add-on like ActiveSky.

Good to know, thanks. I always use external wx software, just it could me mentioned in the docomeentation so that the newbies know.

seems like Squawkbox is more superior than vpilot where it download the weather whilst you are flying...

Except that it doesn't do anything more than flood the SB window with messages that make you think it's actually doing so.

SB4 does NOT download any weather when used with FSX.
