Phuong has contributed a lot to Vietnam VACC since its inception. By translating and implementing our Region and Division's policy in his country, Phuong has served VATSIM with distinction and shows his deep p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]ion for aviation. I wish him all the best with his family and future endeavors. In Phuong's place, we have appointed Mr Trieu Pham as Vietnam VACC's new director. Mr Trung Tran will be its webmaster. Mr Ngo Dac Nhat Quang continues to be Vietnam VACC's training director. Please join me in welcoming them. May the new team bring Vietnam VACC to new heights.
