Request for training

I made my VATSIM account last week, and choose the region Europe, I want to have training as ATC so I sent an email to [email protected] immediately after I got my account settings and ID. But up to today, they still didn't response.

 

Is this usual or should I send the email again.

Well, to answer your question, a time gap between you send the email and the answer is perfectly understandable as we are, all of us, volunteers and, sometimes, real life commitments get in the “way” of VATSIM.

 

I should say, if in the next one or two days you don’t get an answer, then try to contact directly a VATEUD staff member.

Other option is to contact your local vACC directly as they are the ones to provide training. In your case the Dutch vACC at http://www.dutchvacc.nl/ .
