Can you post the full error message (text version)? Look for the file in the directory shown on the error message screenshot.

I was not able to reproduce the error on my XP box; however, it's possible that you don't have Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library (or the correct version of it installed), which is necessary to run vATIS:

I have a newer version of Visual C++ 2010 on my PC. Seems that's not a problem here

I'm not sure then...is this your first time using vATIS? Or have you used it successfully in the past?

It is for first time.

But that is strange, it's working on my notebook. The both machines are with fresh Windows reinstal. I'm using the same Windows setup version. So the only difference here is the hardware... and drivers

Something's goofy with your main Windows machine setup then...

It's been a while... but this sounds similar to an issue I saw at work when I tried running an app on a Windows XP machine for the first time (they're extremely hard to find, thankfully ) that I had been developing on Windows 7.

As I recall, what I ended up doing (among many other things) was completely uninstalling and then reinstalling the relevant Visual C++ redist package and it suddenly started working.
