Here's my situation. I have a new computer and also a new email. My vROUTE premium account is tied to an old email I no longer have access to. It was hacked by a phisher/scammer and I asked the provider to close it down. Any suggestions on what I can do to download the vROUTE Premium installer to my new computer?
