At United Virtual, we are looking at having an Event 1/31/15, and will be asking other VA's if they would like to join. How do I go about asking for controllers for our Event? From there, I would look to see if they had (in descending order of preference) one of: an ATC request form, an e-mail address for the Events Coordinator ("EC"), a generic "Contact Us" form, open forums. After you've established the details of the event, I don't see any reason why you couldn't advertise it to attract even more pilots as well. For example, you could post it on VATTASTIC, the Fly-In Notices forum here on the VATSIM board, the Events forum on the VATUSA board, etc. EDIT: For an example of a form specifically tailored for ATC coverage requests, you'll note on vZTL's homepage under the 'Contact Us' menu bar item a link to Request Controller Staffing.
