NAT data are too old

VRC Oceanic Track data is very old; right now it is showing the data from March. Is there any chance the data source can be updated on a daily basis?

Seems that all NAT sources for VRC are dead. I've subdued to Euroscope and VATCANs profiles for oceanic controlling, they work nicely (a propely configured inbound list in ES is gold for increasing situational awareness). You can get a Track plugin for ES, but I've stoped using that one as well. With the relatively low amounts of traffic that we have, I have no need for the tracks on-screen (also due to the fact that a good amount of pilots only partially follow tracks or are on the wrong TMI).

I've reached out to Ian Elchitz who was able to reach out to Tobi last fall to troubleshoot/restart.

Don, thanks for the follow up.

I'll wait for an update from you. Since euroNAT (the NAT plugin for EuroScope) also uses the same data source and I have received (in my role as the person who updates that plugin) complaints about it showing old NATs, my original intent was to use a different data source (probably from FAA itself) but that needed a lot of extra programming. If we can get the VRC data source to use up-to-date data, I won't have to do that extra work either.

Nope, but to be fair I didn't get an "I'll be back on ___" date either. I'll send Ian a follow up note.

Don, any updates here? If not, I will go ahead and use a different data source for euroNAT, so at least EuroScope controllers see the correct information.

Sorry, no response I'm afraid. I'll try once more when I get back to the country over the weekend. I'm away for business with very, very limited internet ability.

Merik, Ian emailed me while I was traveling to say that everything looked correct on his end. I checked and disagree, so just sent another note.
