Evening,

Having a few issues...

I can't uninstall vPilot as it gives me an NIS Error of "Error launching installer"

I can't install any other vPilot installations as it's giving me the error... "Error! Can't initialise plug-ins directory. Please try again later."

Good news though... I can run vPilot... but it won't put me into a voice room or anything so I can't talk or text fellow controllers.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

I hadn't heard of this types of error before, but had a hunch that it had to do with permissions and/or administrative control, so I decided to Google the error message. Bingo.

Don many thanks for your help!

However I'm still having the issue that I can't type or talk to pilots on any frequency!

This is the error message I get "[09:05:57] Not transmitting on any frequencies!"

Is this using any aircraft? How are you starting FS and the aircraft within?

It does sound like the radios are not powered.

Load FSX

Load AC

Give AC Power

Tune frequency

vPilot reflects the change in frequency but doesn't do anything.

OK try this.

Start FSX.

Fly now. I [Mod - Happy Thoughts]ume its the trike in flight?

Do NOT load any existing flight.

Just because an addon aircraft has power doesn't mean that the radios have power.

From the quick test I gave it today it seemed to work, will give it a proper go next time.

Thanks
