I would like to know if there is anyone that is qualified for ATC at these two airports. We will be flying from OMDB (DUBAI) to Sydney (YSSY). Departure time will be around 1400Z. You'll want to directly contact the ARTCCs/FIRs/vACCs that cover regions pertaining to group flights in order to request ATC presence.
