Do you want to be able to test new features that are released before they've had a chance to be properly vetted? If so, download the Beta channel version. If not, download the Stable channel version. So you're not missing out on anything by using the Stable version right now. Normally, when I release a new Beta version, I'll make a post in the vPilot forum here so users can check it out if they want.
