Hello,

Before few hours we (VATIL DIVISION) change our IP server, in SSO.

How long it should take to approving it?

Does it need to be approved? I thought you can make that change yourself? I could be wrong.

You need to go to https://cert.vatsim.net/sso/sso/sites/ to change the IP Address. This must either be done by, or approved by, the manager of the website. For a divisional website, this must be the Division Director.

To clarify: the initial set up of a new site using SSO must be completed by the relevant owner (i.e. division director, for a division), but once set up, they can delegate access to others to manage the site on their behalf.

A change of IP address can be requested via the SSO site admin system, but will need to be approved by an VATSIM.net SSO administrator before becoming active.
