Some OpenGL drivers seem to handle the stacking of graphical elements "wrong" and that's what you end up with. Not sure what to suggest other than trying a different (newer, or even older) version of the video driver. I'm thinking no, but thought I would ask. The correct mag variation is present in the VRC sector file, so I figured that would be imported when compiling the facility file.
