i am getting this error. i have reinstalled euroscope, i have restored my comptutor. i honestly dont know what is happening.

it happens with all servers and i have pinged them and all came back good. any advice

Could be a firewall issue. If you have Windows Firewall enabled, see if Euroscope is listed under "Allow programs to communicate through Windows Firewall" (text current as of Windows 7). If it is, ensure both checkboxes ("Home/Work (Private)" and "Public" network types) are checked. If not, try manually adding it (and allowing it for both). Same idea would apply if you're using a different software firewall, too.

i created new rules in the firewall and checked the boxes you said but that sill made no difference

Have you checked if your Antivirus is blocking connections to/from Euroscope?

Do you have problems connecting to the network with other applications? Like vPilot, FSinn or VRC?

Please try to connect from another ISP(usb), it should work... I got the same problem years ago on some airport free wifi
