I am still drafting them and then the BoG will make any suggested amendments and once we have the final draft, it goes to a BoG vote that takes seven days to ratify. Unfortuately, pressing real world matters have got in the way of me finishing the first draft. I am desperate to complete this today and get the first draft to the BoG.
