I tried to change something in the ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE/OTHER area and it wouldn't change in the text version of the ATIS unless I selected a new ATIS identifier. Seems like that would be an intentional design choice, e.g. it's a feature and not a bug. It's probably helping to prevent the scenario where pilots grab a published ATIS before you make changes to it. If you're modifying the info that's published, you probably ought to rev the letter - otherwise one pilot's "information Bravo" might not be equivalent to another's.
