Controllers who have the correct VATSIM Cert Rating are more than welcome to come and provide ATC Services to other Positions in FZAA FIR and surrounding FIR's. Visiting Controllers from VATAFR SAF and NAF vACC's or home controllers are allowed to provide ATC Services within the region.
