I purchased the software several days ago along with the hosting and was promised by Myles Knight that he would help me with the installation. Sadly Mr Knight has been missing in action since the day I made the purchase. Naturally, I wouldn`t have posted this publicly, but I am also under pressure from my business partners who are questioning why I made the choice of going for vaBase instead of other reputable software like phpVMS. On several occ[Mod - Happy Thoughts]ions, I have messaged Mr Myles via email and via his live chat support system and I have always been ignored.
