A few months ago, I had an issue that was resolved by running Windows Update and getting the Windows 10 Creators' Update. However, it subsequently returned. I'm able to control on VRC, but it's definitely limited. Scrolling and zooming presents a definite challenge. Fortunately, I don't have the issue in vSTARS and vERAM.
