Applications may be filled out by logging into the CTP website (ctp.vatsim.net) and clicking on 'Airfield Application'. You must be able to commit your airfield to this event to submit this application (i.e. an events manager or similar appropriate staff member). If you want your airport to be considered, get in touch with your events staff! Applications are due no later than Wednesday 6th September at 22:00z.
