So, I am kinda new here in VATSIM and one of my first flights was an IFR from Hong Kong International to Taipei, I was taxiing to the runway but then suddenly, my FlightSim Crashes.

What do I do when I rejoin the VATSIM network, do I reask for IFR clearance or do I just continue taxiing?

If your FSX Crashed and you had to restart the flight, depending on how long it took you to log back on, I would recommend just contacting the controller and asking him if you need to refile. The system will keep your flightplan for a while or you can just request another clearance and if the controller has it he will inform you.

It's probably not the best idea to reconnectc in the middle of a taxiway either if it's been more than a minute. Reconnect at the gate first. If it's been less than 2 hours since you obtained your clearance, you only will need a pushback/taxi and then can resume your flight.
