I hope someone can help me out here because I have been trying to figure out this issue and havent been able too. Frustrating. Anyways, I keep having this issue where the ground textures all flash. They do this at the default FSX airports but I have attached a photo here of the SXAD KBHM scenery and they are much worse (as you can see).
