QuteScoop for Mac updating database?

How do I update QuteScoop for Mac to get new airports like SEQM I use it on my laptop to see traffic.

Hi Robert,

 

at the moment there seems to be nobody available to update QT's airport database.

 

What you can is the following: look for the file airports.dat and above the entry for "SEQU" add the following line:

 

SEQM:Quito:Mariscal Sucre:EC:-0.106:-78.356

Thank you can you also post the lines for OTHH and OMDW airports?

Try this:

 

OTHH:Doha:Hamad International:QA:25.275:51.608

OMDW:Dubai:Al Maktoum:AE:24.918:55.176

 

You can create/modify the entries yourself with any text editor. The coordinates can be taken from files like "airports.dat" in your PMDG Navdata.
