POSITION VACANCY: NAF1

 

Applications should be sent to the Region Director for VATAME: [email protected]

 

PREREQUISITES:

The application should include an on VATSIM and off VATSIM CV and member's VATSIM ID number, name, email etc.

 

Applicants should at least:

A) Compile quarterly Division reports to the Regional Director for VATAME.

B) A familiarity with NORTH AFRICA ATC operations and regulations.

C)Demonstrated past experience in staff rolls, or other managerial experience

D)be a member in good standing of NORTH AFRICA Division with a clean VATSIM record.

E) The ability to communicate clearly and professionally through various mediums to people of different experience levels and cultures.

F)Establish and maintain partnerships with Virtual Airlines, developing relationships for continued collaboration.

G) Inviting applications and appointing qualified personnel to fill vacant staff positions.

H)Providing strong leadership, direction and vision to Division staff.

I) Must be at least in NAF Division between 6 to 15 months.

 

REPORTS TO: VATSIM Regional Director for AFRICA & MIDDLE EAST, VATAME1

 

One again, the applicants must be capable of committing significant free time into this position, a minimum of 5 hours per week . Interested persons need to be able to communicate and set clear visions and targets and see these implemented and followed up throughout the division.

 

The role reports to the Region Director for Africa and Middle East and is accountable for the sustainable growth of the division, achieved through retention of members (new and existing), training, development and progression of controllers as well as maintaining an active community base through communications, marketing and events. Divisional policy should be maintained and reviewed to facilitate this.

After an evaluation of the applications, suitable candidate will be announced.

 

This is a high profile position and ideally we are looking for long term commitment 2 to 3 years as a minimum.
