Hello,

I have noticed that there hasn't been any updates regarding the upcoming CTP event. Has the date been decided?

When are airfield applications opening?

I am under the impression that the process starts at least 6 weeks before the event, and considering a most likely mid-October event date, there has been rather silence.

Any chance for an update?

Is Vatsim now going to give precedence to Twitter when announcing this event? I cannot see this announcent on the Forum yet.

Best regards

We haven't selected airports yet, so we won't post anything until we do.

CTP Organizers,

I have made this request before and have received no response.

Please publish a briefing guide about what to expect at the booking website.

Each time I go through the process I waste time trying to relearn how to complete the booking.

If you don't have time to do this (which I can understand), contact me and I will gladly prepare the guide if you provide me with the info.

Don't know if this is the right place to post this; please let me know if there is a more appropriate location.

Thanks for all your effort.

Step 1: Go to ctp.vatsim.net

Step 2: Press F5 until the webpage crashes

(I kid, I kid. I know last time it never crashed and was flawless).

Ordinary routine when Slots are available...luckly for VATSIM pilot, aren't mandatory, but only strongly recommend for maintain your planned time for departure. I hope only to participate to this CTP with the new CODEC.

Sometimes things get complicated. ATC on VATSIM as Milano Radar (LIMM_N_CTR) Twitch channel https://www.twitch.tv/italianalien21

As there was no dedicated post advising that the airfield voting options were live I've missed it. I can't see anything on the ctp.vatsim site either so would someone be able to post what they were please? I'm [Mod - Happy Thoughts]uming the usual suspects were present but interested to know what the "off the beaten track" options were.

Thanks,

Danny
