Strange. I don't recall ever hearing anyone complain of unhandled exceptions when trying to install. One question plus a few things to try, but they are only (slightly) educated guesses on my part.

Question: When you click details in the unhandled exception dialog box, what does it say?

1. Did you try to install without FSCommander running? I am not familiar with FSCommander and what interfaces it has that might possibly be interfering (could be none, but since I'm not familiar with it, it just looks like a variable that you could easily remove to help troubleshoot.

2. Are you running vPilot as an Administrator? If not, try that and let us know how it goes.

3. Alternatively, are you running the installer as an Administrator? If not, AND *IF* you do not plan on using UAC *and* using a keyboard PTT, try that and let us know how it goes.

Burt, as Don said, you might wanna press 'Details' (2nd screenshot) and just paste here all that apparent garbage. It is normally useful for debugging.

Cheers,

Me.
