Hi folks,

This seems to be a really great client, although I hope you guys figure out a way to make the UI much more intuitive as it's extremely complicated at the moment. I was wondering if there was an option, as there is with vPilot, to run this on a networked configuration, so I can run the client on my laptop while leaving the PC just to run the sim?

Cheers

John

Thanks Andreas. How do I set up the GUI on my laptop so that it uses the FLAI models on my sim computer? At the moment all aircraft are being rendered as Lockheed Constellations.

John.

Which SIM are you using? If it is X-Plane, you need to remove XSquawkbox and/or x-ivap from X-Plane's Resources/Plugins folder. Otherwise you'll be in trouble with the model display.

Otherwise: run swiftlauncher. From there start the configuration wizzard. Click through the pages until you get to the point where you need to define the path to your flight simulator. Go to the next page and under Models select reload. When this process is done, select create. At the end of this last step you'll have to choose save 'X-Plane' or save 'P3D', depending on what SIM-platform you are using. You can then close this window and continue the setup wizzard to the end. It should work now.
